We have displayed the actual product image under perfect lighting conditions. The color may vary based on the device which you are using. For instance, If you view our products from an Apple Iphone 13, the colors would be very accurate. However, a device with lower resolution and lesser display quality may reduce the color accuracy.

Once you have placed the order, we will send you an order confirmation email via our email. We will try to ship your order as soon as possible via a third party courier service. The estimated delivery duration is approximately FOUR Working Days. A rider will contact you in advance upon delivery. Keep your mobile phone switched on and respond to the rider to get your package delivered. In case If there is any abnormal delay exceeding the stipulated delivery time, kindly let us know via messenger.
Yes, You can send us a Facebook message with the item code/s and size/(s) (https://www.facebook.com/velos.lk/) . We will arrange the order accordingly upon receiving your direct message on Instagram/Facebook.
Unfortunately there is no option to update a placed order. However, you can place another order.
Once an order is placed, you will not be able to change or amend the order.

Please be kind enough to inform any order cancellations to us within 24 hours after placing the order since the product will be reserved for you upon your order placement.The cancellation should happen within 24 hours of placing the order.
You will get the refund if you inform us within 24 hours after placing the order. In case after 24 hours if the order is dispatched, unfortunately, a refund can not be arranged since the order has been already shipped to you.
We are trying our best to deliver the package to you as soon as possible. The estimated delivery time is around 3-4 working days. We will be sharing the tracking number of the package so that you can track the package during the transit. If there are any delays, Kindly let us know. We will contact our service provider..
A delivery charge will not be applicable for orders over Rs. 5,000.
We ship to one address in one delivery, although you can add a different address as the recipient’s address.
Currently we operate domestically. We are in the process of enabling overseas deliveries to Canada & Australia very soon.
If you feel dissatisfied with your purchase, you can always exchange it within 7 days of delivery. Please check our exchange policy for more information. In order to exchange, the product should be in its original condition and it will only be accepted with its receipt.
